The paving project for Marina Drive and 500 Victory Rd. (near the teardrop) is complete.  Over the course of 2 days the roadways were milled, repaved and striped.

NEW SIGNAGE 2018

The sign at the rotary was in much need of being replaced.  At the same time all the Marina Bay signs were replaced.

THE ORIGINAL STREET SIGNS OF MARINA BAY WERE IN DIRE NEED OF AN UPGRADE.

THE STREET SIGNS WERE REPLACED WITH BOSTONIAN- STYLE POLES AND BLACK SIGNS WITH GOLD LEAF LETTERING.

All the 30ft. tall and 34 year old streetlight on the Mb access roadways were replaced in 2019.

the new streetlights are 25ft. tall, have led energy- efficient light bulbs and are much brighter.
